What exceeded your expectations?
At first I was not familiar with this but after using it, it helps me a lot in organizing messages, snooze button and it cleans up my WhatsApp unlike before it's messy. It adds tabs to my unread and read messages.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
It can only be used in laptop or desktop so I hope they can improve it by allowing mobile phones to use Cooby but so far it is good, maybe they can also add more features.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
By improving this, I highly suggest that they might need to put extra feature like adding a schedule button to set a specific time to send messages. But, everything is working smoothly.

WhatsApp is mostly used right now, Cooby is a great platform for us and I would recommend this to my colleagues so that they can also use this.

What do you like best about this product?
The integration with our sales database makes tracking customer chats simple. Having every WhatsApp conversation logged gives my busy team total visibility every day.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The custom notification alerts sometimes arrive a few minutes late. Loading the performance metrics dashboard feels slightly slow when checking multiple team profiles at once.
How could the product save you more time or money?
Adding automated message templates would save my sales reps a lot of effort. Providing a cheaper subscription tier for smaller startup groups would help us keep our costs low.

I don't have any specific thing I don't like about this software. It actually does its job and it's more than helpful.

It has helped a lot especially by filtering messages and organize it into schedules or any work related tasks. Very reliable tool in every team.
