What exceeded your expectations?
The consistency and simplicity. It’s easy for employees to learn quickly, and reporting stays clean and reliable even with daily use. The one-time pricing also makes budgeting much easier long term.
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The desktop-first design may not be ideal for companies that want everything fully cloud-based, although that’s intentional for data control and stability.
What new feature would you love to see added?
Expanded integrations with more third-party payroll and HR tools could help companies automate even more of their workflow.
