Urbest Invitation

What was your first impression when you started using it?
Urbest is easy to use and keeps all maintenance tasks in one place. You can report issues, assign jobs, and track progress without confusion. I like that teams can communicate directly inside each task and upload photos. It makes everything organized and clear. The scheduling and reminder features are also helpful for recurring maintenance work.
What slows you down when using it?
It could have more integrations with other tools like accounting or ERP systems. Some features may require a bit of setup at the beginning, which can take time. It may not have advanced property management features for bigger companies.
What could make it even better?
Urbest has strong potential to grow. Adding more integrations and advanced reporting would make it even better. It could also expand into more complete property management features to support larger organizations.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
I would highly recommend Urbest because it makes maintenance and facility management much more organized and efficient. It centralizes tasks, improves team communication, and provides clear visibility on job progress. The platform is user-friendly and practical for daily operations, which makes adoption easier for teams. While there’s still room to expand integrations and advanced features, overall it’s a strong, reliable solution that I’d confidently recommend to others.

WebinarGeek User Test Enabled

What do you like best about this product?
I’ve had a really positive experience with WebinarGeek so far. It’s straightforward to set up webinars, and the platform runs smoothly most of the time. The features are reliable and do exactly what they’re supposed to, which makes the whole process feel stress-free.
What do you dislike about this product?
That said, there’s one thing that could be improved. In the live webinar view, I couldn’t find a clear “exit” button. I had to close the browser tab using the “X,” which wasn’t very intuitive. A visible and easy-to-find exit option within the webinar would definitely improve the user experience.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Maybe lessen the buttons on the homepage. As sometimes it becomes confusing? And I think it's hard for other people especially older once to navigate through the website.
