How to Cancel AutoEntry

To cancel your AutoEntry subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In and Navigating to Settings

  • Log in to your AutoEntry account.
  • Click on the Settings option in the left-hand navigation bar.

Accessing Subscription and Billing

  • Click on the Subscriptions and Billing tab.

Initiating Cancellation

  • Click on the Cancel Subscription button. Note that if your subscription is due to renew within 24 hours, you will not have the option to cancel.

Confirmation and Feedback

  • A window will pop up requiring you to confirm a reason for cancellation. Select your reason for cancelling.
  • Enter any suggested improvements you’d like to see made by AutoEntry.
  • Indicate whether you plan to resubscribe to AutoEntry or not.
  • Click Cancel subscription to complete the cancellation process.

Data Retention

After cancelling your subscription, your data will remain in AutoEntry for an additional 13 months before being deleted. During this time, you will have full access to AutoEntry to use any remaining credits and to export or download any data you need.

Important Note

If your subscription is cancelled, you will not be able to retrieve deleted data from AutoEntry after the 13-month period.
