How to Cancel BestNotes

To cancel your BestNotes subscription, follow these steps:

Log Into Your BestNotes Account

Log into your BestNotes account using your credentials.

Navigate to Settings

Navigate to the "Settings" section.

Access Account Details

Select "Account Details" from the settings menu.

Cancel Subscription

Below the "Subscription Information" section, select the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Important Notes

• Only a System Administrator with a verified email address can cancel the subscription.
• If you need to access previous client data after cancellation, consider reducing your user count instead. Keep at least one user active to maintain access to your data.

Additional Actions

If you are using additional features, you may need to take the following actions to prevent unnecessary costs:

• Disable Telehealth and Appointment Reminders: Navigate to "Settings" and then to "Telehealth" or "Appointment Reminders," uncheck the respective enable checkboxes, and select "Save".
• OutcomeTools and Other Integrations: If you are using OutcomeTools or other integrations like ASAM Continuum, ASAM Co-Triage, or DSM-5, remove the associated permissions and notify BestNotes Support if necessary.
• Electronic Billing and DrFirst: Contact BestNotes Support to deactivate services like electronic billing or DrFirst to avoid additional charges.
