How to Cancel Better
To cancel your BetterMe subscription, follow these steps based on how you initially subscribed:
Canceling Through the BetterMe Website
- Log into your account on the BetterMe website.
- Navigate to your profile section and find the subscription settings.
- Follow the instructions to manage or cancel your subscription.
- Ensure you cancel before the end of your current subscription cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
Canceling on iPhone
- Open your iPhone’s Settings.
- Tap on your Apple ID at the top (your name and profile picture).
- Select Subscriptions to view active subscriptions.
- Find “BetterMe” and toggle off the auto-renewal option at least 24 hours before your billing period ends.
Canceling on Android
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap on your profile picture in the top right and go to Payments & Subscriptions.
- Select Subscriptions and locate BetterMe.
- Turn off auto-renewal by following the on-screen instructions. Make sure this is done at least one day before the end of the billing period.
Canceling Through PayPal
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Navigate to the Settings menu and choose Payments.
- Click on Manage Automatic Payments and locate BetterMe.
- Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date.
Important Notes
- Ensure you cancel before the cut-off period to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.
- You will retain access to the app until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will receive a confirmation notification or email once your subscription is successfully canceled.
- If you encounter any issues, contact BetterMe’s customer support team via email, in-app chat, or through their website.

- BetterMe does not offer refunds for partially-used subscription periods.
