To cancel an accepted Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Quote on Biz4x, you need to follow these steps:

Mutual Agreement

Both the sender of the RFQ and the sender of the Quote must agree to the cancellation. The system will only accept the cancellation if both parties consent.

Procedure

• Initiate the cancellation request: Either the sender of the RFQ or the sender of the Quote can start the cancellation process.
• Obtain mutual agreement: Ensure that both parties agree to the cancellation.
• Notify Biz4x: Once both parties have agreed, the cancellation will be accepted by the system.

Additional Considerations

• No Refund for Additional Fees: If the transaction involved any Additional Fees, these are non-refundable upon cancellation or non-completion of the transaction.
• Bilateral Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the cancellation should be settled bilaterally between the subscribers. Biz4x may provide evidence to help settle the dispute if requested by either party.
