To cancel a product or service in Blueink, you need to follow different procedures depending on what you are canceling.

Canceling an Envelope

If you need to cancel an envelope that has been sent out for signatures, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Blueink account and navigate to your dashboard.
  • Locate the envelope you wish to cancel under the "Sent" column on your dashboard.
  • Click on the envelope to open the envelope details popup.
  • In the envelope details popup, click on the "Cancel Envelope" button located at the bottom. This action will terminate the envelope and prevent any further signing activity.

Canceling a Subscription

To cancel your Blueink subscription, follow these steps:

  • Click the menu button located at the top right corner of the screen.
  • From the menu options, choose "Subscription." This will direct you to the subscription screen.
  • Review your subscription information, but note that you cannot cancel the subscription from this screen.
  • To cancel your subscription, locate the Blue Intercom Circle at the bottom right corner of the screen and click on it to initiate a chat with the support team.
  • In the chat support window, request to cancel your subscription. The support team will assist you with the cancellation process.
