Cancellation Policy for Boards for Days (as a general template)

  • To cancel an order, you must provide written notice (either electronic or physical) to the relevant contact.
    • For Boards for Days, email [email protected] or send correspondence to 10 Garden Street, Danvers, MA 01923.

Timelines and Refunds

  • If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the delivery or pickup date, you will receive a 100% credit towards a future order.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date, you will receive a 50% credit towards a future order.
  • Any other cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
