How to Cancel BoardWorks
To cancel an order or registration related to BoardWorks or similar services, here are the general cancellation instructions based on the policies of similar entities:
Cancellation Policy for Boards for Days (as a general template)
- To cancel an order, you must provide written notice (either electronic or physical) to the relevant contact.

Timelines and Refunds
- If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the delivery or pickup date, you will receive a 100% credit towards a future order.
- If you cancel within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date, you will receive a 50% credit towards a future order.
- Any other cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Specific to BoardSource Trainings
- For virtual trainings, all changes or cancellations must be received at least 7 business days before the start of the training. You can contact BoardSource at 202-349-2580 to arrange a substitution, change to another date, or cancel your registration.
- For in-person trainings, registration will be refunded if cancelled more than 14 days prior to the first day of the training. No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is received less than 14 days prior to the first day of the training. Substitutions are allowed if the request is received at least 2 days prior to the first day of the training.
