How to Cancel Call Loop
To cancel your Call Loop subscription, follow these steps:
Accessing the Settings
- Log in to your Call Loop account and navigate to the Settings section.
Navigating to Billing & Usage
- Within the Settings, go to Billing & Usage.
Canceling the Subscription
- At the bottom of the Billing & Usage page, you will see the text "Cancel Subscription." Click on this to initiate the cancellation process.
Important Notes
- Your subscription will cancel at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
Resuming Subscription
- You can resume your subscription at any time before the end of your billing cycle if you change your mind.
Data Retention
- If you do not choose an active subscription, pause, or select the pay-as-you-go plan within 30 days of cancellation, all your contacts, triggers, messages, credits, and other information will be purged from your account.

- If you are unable to cancel through the account settings, you can also contact Call Loop customer support to request cancellation.
