How to Cancel Call Loop

To cancel your Call Loop subscription, follow these steps:

Accessing the Settings

  • Log in to your Call Loop account and navigate to the Settings section.

Navigating to Billing & Usage

  • Within the Settings, go to Billing & Usage.

Canceling the Subscription

  • At the bottom of the Billing & Usage page, you will see the text "Cancel Subscription." Click on this to initiate the cancellation process.

Important Notes

  • Your subscription will cancel at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

Resuming Subscription

  • You can resume your subscription at any time before the end of your billing cycle if you change your mind.

Data Retention

  • If you do not choose an active subscription, pause, or select the pay-as-you-go plan within 30 days of cancellation, all your contacts, triggers, messages, credits, and other information will be purged from your account.
