How to Cancel Campayn
To cancel your Campayn subscription, follow these steps:
Accessing Your Account
- Log in to your Campayn account using your credentials.
Navigating to Subscription Settings
- Go to the dashboard or the main menu of your Campayn account.
- Look for the section related to subscriptions, billing, or account settings.
Canceling the Subscription
- Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ or ‘Billing’ section.
- Find your active Campayn subscription in the list.
- Click on the gear icon or an equivalent settings icon next to your subscription.
- Select the ‘Cancel’ option from the dropdown menu.
Confirmation
- You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation. Click on ‘Confirm cancellation’ to proceed.
Post-Cancellation
- After canceling, you will not be able to send campaigns, including automations, unless you reactivate your subscription.
- If you are on a trial subscription, canceling it before the trial ends prevents any actual charges.
- For paid subscriptions, the system may calculate a refund for the unused time, depending on Campayn’s refund policies.
Troubleshooting
- If you do not see a ‘Cancel’ button, ensure that the campaign is not already completed or canceled. If the issue persists, contact Campayn’s support team directly for assistance.
Reactivating Your Subscription
- If you need to reactivate your subscription, go back to the ‘Subscriptions’ section, find your canceled subscription, and click on ‘Renew plan’ to choose a new plan or reactivate the previous one.
