How to Cancel CartFlows
To cancel your CartFlows subscription and request a refund, follow these steps:
Cancellation of Subscription
- You can cancel your CartFlows subscription at any time by contacting the CartFlows support team. To do this, simply send a message to their support requesting the cancellation of your subscription.
Refund Request
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To initiate the refund process, open a support ticket with CartFlows and provide the necessary details. No refunds will be processed after the 14-day period following your first purchase.
Steps for Refund Request
- Go to the CartFlows support page and submit a support ticket.
- Explain your reason for requesting a refund.
- The support team will process your refund as soon as possible.
Post-Refund Obligations
- Upon receiving a refund, you must cease using the product immediately and relinquish all ownership of your license.
Additional Notes
- If you have previously purchased and requested a refund, the 14-day refund period is based on the date of your first purchase, not any subsequent repurchases.
- CartFlows reserves the right to reject a refund request if deemed necessary.
