What exceeded your expectations?
I was really surprised by the "ghost text" feature because it lets me see exactly what a customer is typing before they even hit the send button. The UK-based support team is also amazing and they usually help me fix any setup problems in just a few minutes over the phone.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
The dashboard feels a bit old and clunky, which almost made me switch to a more modern-looking app at the start. I also found it really hard to change the colors and buttons because you sometimes have to know how to write code to get it looking just right.
What problem did this product solve for you?
It solved the problem of missing out on sales when we weren't at our desks because the chatbot can talk to customers 24/7 for us. Now we don't have to keep people waiting for hours for a simple email reply since they can just get a quick answer right on our website.

I would definitely recommend it to any business that needs a safe and reliable way to chat with their customers online. It takes a little bit of time to learn the technical side, but the "pro" features and the helpful staff make it a great choice for growing your team.

im satisfied with this product as it caters my need. it has multi channel support which makes it easier to access and use.
What do you dislike about this product?
nothing. it has a free trial set up. compatible with iOS and android. has 2 factor authentication which makes it safer to use.
What problem did this product solve for you?
chatbots handling queries from simple to complex issues. it tracks the performance of my agents so I dont need to do it manually.
