How to Cancel ClickBank

To cancel a subscription for a ClickBank product, follow these steps:

Logging In and Locating Your Order

• Navigate to the ClickBank Help Portal by going to https://www.clkbank.com/ in your web browser.
• Click on the “Look Up Your Order” button.
• Fill in the purchase information:
  • Enter your email address.
  • Then, enter one of the following: Order Number (Receipt number), the last 4 digits of your payment method, or your ZIP code.
• Click the “Go!” button.

Accessing Order Details

• On the Purchase History page, you will see a list of your recent purchases and transactions.
• In the “Order Info” section at the top, identify the order you want to cancel and click on the “Order Details, Tech Support & Refunds” button.

Initiating Cancellation

• Click the “Get Support” button.
• Select the “Cancellation Request” box.
• Choose a reason for the cancellation from the dropdown menu. If none of the reasons apply, select “Other” and type “Do not need any more” in the “Additional Comments” field.
• Click the “Send” button to submit the cancellation request.

Confirmation and Final Steps

• Cancellation requests are usually processed within 2 business days by ClickBank staff.
• After the subscription is canceled, you should receive a confirmation email, and you won’t be charged anymore.
• The service will continue to work until the date for which you have already paid.

If you have a ClickBank Master account with subscription management permissions, you can cancel a subscription directly through your account:

• Click the “Create Ticket” button.
