How to Cancel Cling

To cancel an order for a Clingting product, follow these steps:

Cancellation Process

• Contact Clingting: You can initiate the cancellation process by calling Clingting at 9625529474 or by sending an email to [email protected]. Make sure to include your Order Number in the email.

Eligibility for Cancellation

• You can cancel your order only if it has not been packed in the warehouse. If the order has already been packed, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

• If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to the same payment mode used for the purchase. This refund will be processed within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, there is no amount to be refunded since payment has not been made.

Modifying Shipping Address

• If you need to modify the shipping address of your order, you can do so before the order is processed (packed) by contacting Clingting via the same phone number or email.

Additional Information

• If you opt for store credits instead of a refund, you can use these credits to purchase something else at the same time or at a later time.
