I'm impressed with workflows you can start and customize as you wish or use the existing ones.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
this is not so great for marketing, customer support or project management.
How could the product save you more time or money?
Instead of sending many follow-up's you can directly create a workflow template and use it which can save time and effort.

8/10 as sales performances can be tracked easily. Also, the advance workflow templates reduce efforts and saves time.

What feature do you use most often?
The activity feed and built-in calling, having call logs auto-attached to contacts have saved me so much time
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Custom views took way too long to figure out, the logic for setting filters isn't obvious and I kept getting results that didn't match at the start
What’s still missing for your needs?
Better reporting for team activity maybe its still not as developed

Close offers a superior product. Close products include AI capabilities which allow the customer a more seamless experience.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
The contact pipeline integration does appear to be confusing. As this is a broader solution, it may require some manual set up time and effort.
What could make it even better?
Close is more expensive than competitors. The cost does appear to be a blocker. I would consider Close, but the price many lead to higher churn.

What I like most about Close is that it helps me keep leads, follow ups, and communication in one place. That makes daily sales work easier and more organized.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Some parts feel a bit limited when I want more detailed customization or a more specific setup. A few times I also needed extra time to adjust things the way I wanted.
What’s still missing for your needs?
I would like more flexibility in customization and better control over some advanced workflows. That would make it more useful.
