BiddingOwl.com offers non-profits a versatile auction management platform for online and in-person events, supporting auctions, tickets, donations, and paddle raises. Free to use, it deducts a 5% fee from winning bids for online auctions. It excels in ease of use, customization, and outstanding customer support. Compared to costlier competitors, its pricing model is ideal for small non-profits with budget constraints. However, minor limitations like restricted customization and setup learning curves exist. Overall, it’s a cost-effective and user-friendly choice for fundraisers.

Auctria is a versatile auction software designed for nonprofit organizations, event coordinators, and fundraising teams. It supports live, silent, online, and hybrid auctions, offering features like mobile/text-based bidding, donor tracking, online catalog sharing, and integrated credit card processing. Pricing is transparent, starting from a free plan (Explorer) for income up to $10K, to $700/year (Diamond) for unlimited income.

Auctria outshines competitors like OneCause and Silent Auction Pro with affordable plans, ease of use, and robust website customization. However, it has a higher learning curve for advanced features. Compared to Givebutter, it offers deeper auction-specific tools but lacks some simplicity.

Customer support is excellent with quick responses and detailed documentation, making it a cost-effective choice for nonprofit-driven fundraisers. Pros: Transparent pricing, strong customization, multi-admin access. Cons: Steeper learning curve, credit card fees via Stripe. Auctria is ideal for nonprofits needing comprehensive auction solutions.
