Compare Leapsome and Culture Amp

Leapsome is an all-in-one people management platform tailored for HR, CEOs, and managers, facilitating performance reviews, engagement, learning, and compensation management. Its features include 360° feedback, goal-setting (OKRs), employee pulse surveys, and analytics, ensuring streamlined HR processes and employee growth. Ideal for HR teams and managers across industries, it empowers organizational growth by enabling feedback collection, tracking goals, and improving employee retention.

Price details are not public; pricing depends on business size. Compared to alternatives like Lattice and Leapsome, Culture Amp excels in usability and comprehensive features, though it may lack granular reporting options or affordability for smaller firms.

Its strengths include a user-friendly interface, solid customer support, and scalable integration tools. However, high relative cost and occasional performance lags were noted. An excellent choice for companies prioritizing employee engagement and performance but may not be the most cost-effective for budget-conscious SMEs.

Customer support is responsive and proactive, making the platform reliable for resolving issues. Overall, the investment suits mid-to-large-sized businesses focused on nurturing talent and fostering workplace culture.
