What was your first impression when you started using it?
The dashboard loaded super clean and the white-label options felt way more pro than I thought for the price. Felt a bit enterprise-heavy at first, like it was built for bigger teams, but the API docs were solid enough that I was already tinkering with integrations in under an hour.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Way more enterprise than advertised, so tweaking custom domains and SSO took longer than the "rapid deployment" hype suggested. The multi-product suite is overwhelming with half the stuff still "coming soon," and the API docs, while solid, assume you're already deep in their ecosystem which slows down quick client integrations.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Startup plans way more solo-friendly instead of jumping straight to those CHF 240+ monthly white-label tiers that feel built for big corps. The multi-product suite is cool but half of it being "coming soon" means I'm stuck waiting on stuff like Vault for invoicing that I actually need right now for client gigs.

What exceeded your expectations?
Honestly, I was blown away by how quickly everything felt natural. I expected a long, painful learning curve, but the simplicity of the interface made it feel like I’d been using it for years.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Not really, but at the very beginning, I was a bit skeptical about trusting an AI with critical data. Once I saw the accuracy and how much it actually simplified things, those doubts vanished pretty fast.
What could make it even better?
I’d love to see even more integrations with the niche tools we use for day-to-day communication. Just making that ecosystem a little more connected would take it from great to practically perfect.
