How to Cancel CrowdChange

To cancel a recurring donation on CrowdChange, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your CrowdChange site and navigate to the top-right corner where you will find the Profile option. Click on it.

2. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

3. On the left sidebar, click on My Recurring Donations.

4. Locate the recurring donation you wish to cancel and click the Cancel Recurring Donation button next to it.

If you need to make other adjustments instead of canceling, you also have the options to:

• Pause your recurring donation
• Skip the next scheduled payment
• Change the Amount or Payment Day
• Update your Payment Method/Credit Card by clicking on the pencil icon next to the expiry date of your card.
