To cancel an order or request a refund for a product from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), particularly for the CSIRoad product, you need to follow these steps:

If you are canceling or deferring an exam related to the CSIRoad product, you must:

• Complete the "Exam cancellation/refund request form" and submit it to [email protected].
• For deferrals due to medical or significant personal emergencies, you must be logged in to submit your deferral application. If your deferral is approved, you still need to cancel your scheduled appointment directly through Prometric via prometric.com/csi or by calling 1-800-503-8991.

Product Returns

For product returns:

• Ensure the item is in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed, refunds or exchanges are not available.
• Return the item at your own shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Once your return is received and inspected, CSI will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been accepted. Your refund will be processed the next business day, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You should receive the full refund within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Steps to Return a Product

• Pack the item in its original packaging.
• Ship the item back to CSI at your own expense.
• Include any necessary documentation or order numbers to facilitate the return process.
