How to Cancel Curo365

To cancel a Curo365 product, follow these steps carefully:

Logging In and Accessing Subscription Management

  • Go to the Curo365 account management page and log in with the credentials used to purchase the subscription.

Canceling the Subscription

  • Navigate to the subscription management section. For Curo365 products integrated with Microsoft services, you may need to manage the subscription through the Microsoft account dashboard.
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel. If you are using a business subscription, ensure you are logged in with the appropriate business administrator account.

Cancelation Process

  • Click on the "Cancel Subscription" or "Upgrade or cancel" option. If you see a link that says "Turn on recurring billing," it means your subscription is already set to expire, and you won’t be automatically charged after the expiration date.
  • Review the information on the cancel page, which will indicate what benefits you will lose upon cancellation.

Confirming Cancelation

  • At the bottom of the cancel page, select "I don’t want my subscription" to confirm the cancellation.
  • Ensure that recurring billing is turned off to avoid further charges.

Post-Cancelation Responsibilities

  • The Business Administrator(s) and/or Originating End User are solely responsible for the removal, migration, and/or other activities related to the Customer Data upon cancellation or termination of the Services.
  • Curo365 will delete all Customer Data as part of the termination process, but upon request, Curo365 can delay the deletion of Customer Data for up to 30 days to allow for export, migration, backup, or removal of the Customer Data.

Additional Steps for Business Subscriptions

  • If you are using a business subscription, ensure that all End Users are notified and their access is terminated as necessary. The Business Administrator will need to provide notice to Curo365 to deactivate any active End Users.

Contacting Support if Needed

  • If you encounter any issues during the cancellation process, you can contact Curo365 support via email, phone, or through the support channels provided on their website.
