How to Cancel CVS
To initiate a return or exchange for a CVS product, follow these steps:
Returning Items in Store
- Gather the item(s) you wish to return, along with the original receipt or packing slip.
- Visit any CVS Pharmacy store and approach the front checkout counter or customer service desk.
- If you used your ExtraCare card during the purchase but lost your receipt, ask the staff to look up your transaction using your card.
- For returns without a receipt, you will need to present a valid government-issued photo ID. The return amount will be limited to $25, and the refund will be issued as store credit. The refund may also be limited to the lowest advertised price in the 60-day period prior to the return.
Returning Items by Mail
- For items purchased online from CVS.com, you can return them by mail within the 60-day return window.
- Call Customer Care at 1-888-607-4287 before returning items by mail to ensure accurate processing of your return and credit refund.
- Pack your items securely, attach the provided return shipping label, and drop off the package at any USPS location. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
