How to Cancel D3M

To cancel your subscription to the D3M service, follow these steps:

Notification and Termination

You need to provide Teldio with at least 30 days’ notice to terminate the agreement for convenience. This can be done by notifying Teldio in writing.

Steps to Cancel

• Notify Teldio: Send a written notice to Teldio indicating your intention to cancel the service. This notice must be received by Teldio at least 30 days before the desired termination date.
• Account Access: Upon termination, your access to the Services will end immediately, and your account will be disabled.
• Refund: If Teldio exercises its right to termination for convenience, you will be entitled to a refund for any fees that you have prepaid.
• Data Retrieval: For a period of one year following termination, Teldio will make available to you a file of the Customer Data if you request it at the time of termination.

Additional Considerations

• Billing Information: Ensure that you have updated any billing or contact information with Teldio before the cancellation to avoid any issues.
• Employee Access: If any employee who held an account leaves your organization, notify Teldio immediately to prevent unauthorized access.
