How to Cancel DAKboard
To cancel your DAKboard subscription, follow these steps:
Logging In and Navigating to Account Settings
- Log in to your DAKboard account.
- Click on the User Icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Account".
Accessing the Billing Page
- Scroll down to the "Plan Overview" section.
- Click on either "Upgrade Plan", "Compare All Plans", or the "Billing" page link to navigate to the Pricing or Billing page.
Canceling the Subscription
- Once on the Billing page, navigate to the Pricing page.
- Under the "Free" plan column, click the "Downgrade to Free" button.
- A popup will appear; click the "Cancel Subscription" button to confirm your cancellation.
Post-Cancellation
- Your account will be reverted to a Free account.
- If you are within the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and seek a refund, start a conversation with the AI Chatbot and type "Create Support Ticket" to reach out to the support team. Make sure to include your Username or Email associated with your account.
Troubleshooting
- If you encounter CSRF Errors, refer to the article on what to do when you get a CSRF Error.
- For any billing changes that require updates, you will need to use your account password to authenticate as the owner of the account. If you forget your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot your password?" button from the login modal.
