How to Cancel DAT Load Board

To cancel your DAT Load Board subscription, follow these steps:

• Sign in to your account at account.dat.com using your current load board credentials.

Navigating to Subscriptions

• Once logged in, click on "Subscriptions" from the menu.

Initiating Cancellation

• Click on the three vertical dots next to "Active" and select "Cancel Subscription."

Providing Cancellation Details

• Choose a category and reason for canceling your subscription.
• Specify your equipment type, size, and quantity if required.
• Check the Terms & Conditions box.

Confirming Cancellation

• Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
• You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation; click "CONTINUE TO CANCEL."

Final Confirmation

• After completing the cancellation steps, you will see a message informing you that your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again unless you restart your account.
• A confirmation banner will appear indicating that your contract is cancelled and the effective date of the cancellation.

Continued Access

• You can continue to use the DAT Load Board until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Your login and password will remain valid for account.dat.com, allowing you to reactivate your services at any time by returning to this screen.
