How to Cancel DAT Load Board
To cancel your DAT Load Board subscription, follow these steps:
Logging In
- Sign in to your account at account.dat.com using your current load board credentials.
Navigating to Subscriptions
- Once logged in, click on "Subscriptions" from the menu.
Initiating Cancellation
- Click on the three vertical dots next to "Active" and select "Cancel Subscription."
Providing Cancellation Details
- Choose a category and reason for canceling your subscription.
- Specify your equipment type, size, and quantity if required.
- Check the Terms & Conditions box.
Confirming Cancellation
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
- You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation; click "CONTINUE TO CANCEL."
Final Confirmation
- After completing the cancellation steps, you will see a message informing you that your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again unless you restart your account.
- A confirmation banner will appear indicating that your contract is cancelled and the effective date of the cancellation.
Continued Access
- You can continue to use the DAT Load Board until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Your login and password will remain valid for account.dat.com, allowing you to reactivate your services at any time by returning to this screen.
If you need to cancel your subscription due to an issue, you can reach out to an experienced team member by clicking the "SEND EMAIL" option during the cancellation process. DAT is a subscription-based service and does not issue refunds based on usage.
