How to Cancel Doodle

To cancel a Doodle product subscription, follow these steps based on the type of subscription you have:

Doodle Learning Subscription

If you subscribed directly through Doodle Learning, you can cancel your subscription as follows:

• Log in to the Parent Dashboard.
• Hover over "My Account" and click on "Subscriptions."
• Select "Cancel subscription" in the blue box on the right-hand side.
• The subscription will cancel at the end of the current payment period, and no further payments will be taken.

If you subscribed through Apple, Amazon, or Google, you must cancel directly through those platforms.

Doodle Professional Subscription

To cancel a Doodle Professional subscription:

• Open your account settings.
• Click on "Subscription."
• Click "Cancel subscription" and confirm your selection.
• Your subscription will be canceled once it expires, and you will retain access until then.

Additional Information

• Refunds: For Doodle Learning, refunds are available within the 14-day cooling-off period. For Doodle Professional, annual subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days, while monthly subscribers may be eligible for a prorated refund.
• Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account permanently, you can do so, but this will also delete any associated subscriptions. Only you can delete your account; Doodle cannot do this for you.
