How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?

Calendly is very similar to other extensions offering the same service. I am not convinced that Calendly offers a differentiated service that commands a monthly service fee.

Have you experienced any bugs or errors?

Calendly did not have errors. However, the service is not necessarily needed in everyday work.

How could the product save you more time or money?

The service would be better if it was able to be an extension of real time needs. Example if it were to act as an agent between workers that communicated changes internal and externally.

Final thoughts, wrap up what you think

Calendly is not a clear winner among a crowded space. I am not sure the cost is worth the benefit.

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?

Other similar products would be Google calendar. However, this tool integrates with Google calendar and makes it better.

Is there something that almost made you stop using it?

Maybe when I was losing clients, but other than that there was a time when this was difficult to navigate around and integrate with other tools. For example, I had a difficult time connecting Calendly to my Zoom.

What’s still missing for your needs?

I think this tool hits all my needs. I just think it needs to be made more simpler instead of going back and forth trying to find something in the settings to change something.

What was your first impression when you started using it?

Calendly literally is a time-saver for setting up meetings. It has made the process super easy without the constant back-and-forth for availability checks. It syncs well with calendars, so everything stays updated. It has saved a lot of time in coordinating schedules.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

It's not an ideal tool if schedule changes very frequently. I find that it can be annoying when managing multiple event types or calendars. If you are not on a paid plan, customization can feel limited.

What problem did this product solve for you?

It literally made my life easier to book meetings based on availability with constant back-and-forth. But having more flexibility on the free plan, and better handling of complex scheduling scenarios would be even better.

It is a practical tool for reducing scheduling time. Once everything is set up properly, it is a big time saver. Highly recommended.
