To cancel your Dux-Soup subscription, follow these steps:
Log in to your Dux-Soup account via https://app.dux-soup.com/web/profile.
Navigate to the "Manage Account & Subscription" section.
Locate your active Dux-Soup subscription and click on it.
Select the "Cancel subscription" option.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
After cancelling, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged for the next billing period. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data. If you wish to completely remove your account, you’ll need to take additional steps.
Note that deleting the Dux-Soup extension from your browser does not cancel your subscription; you must follow the above steps or contact Dux-Soup Support via [email protected] to cancel your subscription.
