How to Cancel Economize

To cancel your subscription to Economize services, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

1. Log In to Your Account:

   • Go to the Economize Cloud website and log in to your user account using your credentials.

2. Access Your Account Settings:

   • Once logged in, navigate to the section of your account where you can manage your subscriptions. This is typically found under your account profile or settings.

3. Delete Your Account or Cancel Subscription:

   • To cancel your subscription, you need to delete your account or specifically cancel the subscription to the Free Services. You can do this by finding the option to delete your account or cancel your subscription within your account settings.

Detailed Steps

• If you are an Authorized User of a Customer (using the Paid Services), ensure you have the necessary permissions to cancel the subscription.
• If you are canceling the Free Services, simply deleting your account will terminate your subscription.
• For Paid Services, the cancellation process may involve terminating the Master Service Agreement (MSA) or the applicable agreement related to the Paid Services.

Post-Cancellation

• Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services and Software will immediately cease, and all content in your account will be deleted.
• All provisions of the Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, and miscellaneous provisions.

Additional Notes

• If you are an Authorized User and the MSA or the applicable agreement for Paid Services is terminated, Economize may elect to terminate your account or downgrade it to an individual subscriber account for Free Services.
• Economize reserves the right to deny you access to all or any part of the Services or terminate your account with or without prior notice if you violate the terms of the Agreement.
