How to Cancel Eleven

To cancel your Eleven Labs (Runeleven Software) subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In and Accessing Subscription Settings

• Log in to your Eleven Labs account.
• Go to the bottom left corner of the screen and click on your profile.
• From your profile, navigate to the "Subscriptions" section.

Managing Your Subscription

• On the subscriptions page, click on "Manage Subscription" located on the right side of the screen.
• This will load a page displaying your payment details and next payment date.

Canceling the Subscription

• Click on the "Cancel Plan" button.
• A new page will load with additional details about your plan. Click the yellow "Cancel Plan" button again to proceed.
• You will see a popup window confirming that your subscription has been cancelled. You may be asked for additional information, but you can select an option or press "No thanks" to skip this step.

Post-Cancellation

• Your subscription is now cancelled, but you can still use your account until the next billing date.
• You have one month to export your data in CSV format after cancellation. If you need to keep the data for longer, contact the support team for archive pricing options.
