How to Cancel Envisio

To cancel your Envisio product subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In and Accessing Your Account

• Log in to your Envisio account using your credentials.

Navigating to the Cancellation Option

• Once logged in, go to the Member’s Area or the relevant dashboard where your subscriptions are listed.

Initiating Cancellation

• Locate the subscription you wish to cancel and select the "Cancel Subscription" option from the actions column or a similar link.

Confirming Cancellation

• An alert box will pop up asking you to confirm your cancellation. Make sure you are certain about cancelling, as this action cannot be undone.
• Click the confirmation button to proceed with the cancellation.

Post-Cancellation Details

• After confirming the cancellation, your subscription will not be auto-renewed at the end of its current term.
• You will still have access to support and updates until the end of your paid term.

Refund and Subscription End

• If you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you can request a refund of all subscription fees paid, excluding any implementation or professional service fees.
• After the cancellation, you will not be charged further unless you choose to resubscribe.
• Note that after the subscription term ends, you will not be able to download new items or create new licenses, but you can continue using items previously licensed for their specified projects.

Data Management

• It is your responsibility to export any necessary data, reports, and other customer information before the subscription term expires, as Envisio may deactivate and delete the account and its data upon termination.
