To cancel a share grant on the Eqvista platform, follow these steps:

Logging In and Selecting the Company Account

• Log into your Eqvista account and select your company account from the dashboard.

Navigating to the Securities Section

• From the company account dashboard, click on "Securities" and then on "Equities".

Accessing the Equity Class

• On the Equities page, click on the equity class for which you want to cancel the share grant (e.g., "Class A"). This will display a list of all the share grants under this security type.

Selecting the Share Grant

• Click on the specific share grant you want to cancel (e.g., "CA-002" for Steve Mark’s deal).

Initiating the Cancellation

• On the grant details page, click on the "Actions" button located on the top right-hand side. A drop-down menu will appear; select "Cancel Grant".

Confirming the Cancellation

• A new panel will appear asking if you are sure you want to cancel this grant. Choose whether it is a partial cancellation or a cancellation of all shares. For a full cancellation, select "Cancel all shares" and add the cancellation date. The amount will be filled automatically.

Submitting the Cancellation

• Click on "Submit Cancellation" to complete the process.

Verification and Restoration Option

• After submitting, a message will confirm that the grant has been canceled. You will also have the option to restore the grant if it was canceled by mistake.

Viewing Cancellation Details

• To see the details of the cancellation, click on "Cap table" from the left-hand main menu, then select "Secondary Transactions" and finally click on the "Cancellations" tab. Here, you will see the details of all cancellations, including the recent one you just posted.
