How to Cancel Everflow

To cancel a subscription for an Everflow product, follow these steps:

Accessing the Subscriptions Section

• Log in to the EverFlow dashboard and navigate to the left menu bar.
• Click on "Subscriptions" to access the subscriptions page.

Locating the Subscription

• On the Subscriptions page, you can view all subscribed customers with active or canceled subscriptions.
• Find the specific subscription you want to cancel.

Canceling the Subscription

• Once you have located the subscription, click on the "Cancel" button associated with that subscription.
• A pop-up page will appear to confirm the cancellation.
• Confirm the cancellation to proceed.

Post-Cancellation Effects

• After the subscription is canceled, the subscriber will no longer be charged by EverFlow.
• You will no longer see the "Next Billing Attempt" and will not be able to edit any information in the canceled subscription.

Additional Notes

• If you need to reactivate a canceled subscription, you can do so by clicking the "Activate" button on the subscription details page.
• During the cancellation process, ensure that any pending or scheduled deliveries (in the case of prepaid subscriptions) will still be shipped as planned, but no further billing attempts will occur.
