How to Cancel eWebinar

To cancel your eWebinar subscription, follow these steps:

Log Into Your Account

Log into your eWebinar account. Upon logging in, you will be directed to your dashboard.

Navigate to Your Plan Page

From your dashboard, go to the "My plan" page.

Access the Cancellation Option

On the "My plan" page, click the "Cancel subscription" link.

Consider Any Offers or Notifications

Before proceeding with the cancellation, you might be presented with any final offers or notifications. If you still wish to cancel, select the appropriate option to proceed.

Complete a Brief Survey

You will be prompted to fill out a brief survey to help eWebinar understand your reasons for canceling and to improve their services.

Finalize Cancellation

After completing the survey, your account will be moved to the cancellation phase. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current subscription term.

Important Notes

• eWebinar does not offer refunds, so ensure you cancel before your next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue the service.
• Even if you have no active webinars or sessions, you will still be charged every month until you cancel your subscription.
