How to Cancel ExpertusONE LMS

To cancel your enrollment in a course or training plan on the ExpertusONE Learning Management System (LMS), follow these steps:

Logging In

• Go to the appropriate URL for your region, such as https://mylearning.abb.com/ for the global version or https://mylearning-americas.abb.com/ for the Americas region.
• Log in by clicking the "Sign In" button on the upper right corner of the page.

Navigating to Your Enrollments

• After logging in, click on the "My Learning" tab from the tabs at the top of the page.

Locating the Course

• Look for the desired Class or Training Plan that you want to cancel.

Canceling Enrollment

• Click the little arrow next to the "Launch/View" button and then select the "Cancel" option.
• If the "Cancel" option is available, the cancellation will be completed immediately.

Special Cases

• If the course is set as a compliance requirement or was purchased, you will not be able to cancel it yourself. In such cases, contact the LMS support team for assistance.
• For priced Class or Training Plan orders that are in the "Pending" tab, administrative assistance is required. Contact the LMS support team to complete the cancellation.
