How to Cancel Ezoic

To cancel an Ezoic Premium subscription and potentially remove your website from the Ezoic platform, follow these steps:

Canceling Ezoic Premium Subscription

• Log in to your Ezoic account.
• Click on ‘Premium’ in the top right corner of the dashboard.
• Select ‘Manage Subscription’.
• Scroll down to ‘Active Subscriptions’.
• Click on the three dots next to your subscription.
• Select ‘Cancel subscription…’.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the cancellation process. You may be prompted to confirm your decision multiple times.

Cancellation Fees

If you are on an annual Ezoic Premium plan, be aware that canceling your subscription will incur a cancellation fee. This fee is 50% of the remaining value of the annual contract. For example, if you have 6 months left on your annual plan and your monthly fee is $440, you would need to pay a cancellation fee of $1,320 ($220 * 6 months).

Removing Website from Ezoic

To completely remove your website from the Ezoic platform:

• Log in to your Ezoic account.
• Go to the ‘Settings’ section.
• Select the site you want to remove from the list of your sites if you have multiple sites integrated.
• Navigate to ‘Manage Sites’ and then click on ‘Remove Site’.
• Click the ‘Remove Site’ button to complete the removal process.

If you integrated your site via Cloudflare or nameservers, you will need to:

• Remove the Cloudflare integration by clicking the ‘Remove Cloudflare’ button.
• Change your nameservers back to their original settings if you were using Ezoic’s nameservers.

Removing Third-Party Integrations

To remove Ezoic integration from your AdSense account:

• Log in to your AdSense account.
• Go to the ‘Account’ section.
• Navigate to the ‘Access and Authorization’ section.
• Find the ‘Third Parties’ option and locate ‘Ezoic, Inc.’
• Click on the option to ‘Remove Manager from Account’.

Deleting Ezoic Account

If you also want to delete your Ezoic account:

• Log in to your Ezoic account.
• Go to the Ezoic Help Center page.
• Open a live chat and choose ‘Other’ as the topic, then write a message asking for your account to be deleted. Include any necessary details.
