How to Cancel FastSpring

To cancel a paid subscription managed through FastSpring, follow these steps:

Steps to Cancel a Subscription

1. Access Your Account:

   • Go to the FastSpring account management page: https://transparentlanguage.onfastspring.com/account.
   • Enter the email address you used for your order and click on "Continue."

2. Verify Your Email:

   • Check your email inbox for a message from FastSpring.
   • In the email, under your name, you will see “Click here to manage your orders.” Click on this link to be taken to your account page.

3. Navigate to Subscriptions:

   • Once on your account page, click on the "Subscriptions" tab.

4. Manage Your Subscription:

   • Click on "Manage" next to the subscription you want to cancel.

5. Cancel the Subscription:

   • Click on "Cancel Subscription."
   • Confirm the cancellation by clicking "Yes."

Alternative Method

If you prefer, you can also request your subscription to be cancelled by sending an email to the support team at the company from which you purchased the subscription. For example, if you are using Transparent Language, you can email [email protected] to request cancellation.

Important Notes

• Cancelling a subscription does not immediately deactivate it; the subscription remains active until the end of the current payment period. However, you can choose to "Cancel Now" in SpringBoard to cancel and deactivate the subscription immediately.
• Once a subscription is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated. However, if it is only cancelled and not yet deactivated, you can reactivate it by updating the end date through the Subscription API.
