How to Cancel Field Force Tracker

To cancel your FieldPulse (often confused with Field Force Tracker, but the instructions are based on the available information for FieldPulse) subscription, follow these steps:

Cancellation Process

Subscription Cancellation

• If you are on a monthly subscription, you must send an email to cancellations@fieldpulse.com at least 5 days prior to the end of your monthly billing period.
• For semi-annual subscriptions, the email must be sent at least 30 days prior to the end of your semi-annual billing period.
• For annual subscriptions, the email must be sent at least 30 days prior to the end of your annual billing period.

Email Requirements

• Include the following information in your email:
  • Your contact name
  • The billing email on file
  • Your phone number

Contract Cancellation

• If you are on a one-year or multi-year contract, you need to provide a 60-day notice before the end of your annual billing period. However, you cannot terminate the contract mid-term and must fulfill the entire contract obligation.
• Once the contract obligation is fulfilled, you can cancel by sending an email to cancellations@fieldpulse.com with the required information.

General Policy

• Upon cancellation, you will retain your membership benefits until the expiration of the current billing period for which you have already paid. Membership benefits will terminate at the end of the billing period.
