• Use the Account Cancellation Request Form to initiate the cancellation process. This form is the official method for requesting account cancellation.
• Fill out the form completely, providing any necessary details and feedback. This helps Finale Inventory understand any potential pain points and improve their software.

Processing the Request

• Once you submit the form, a Finale Inventory representative will process your account cancellation request within 24 hours.

Additional Considerations

• Before canceling, ensure you have addressed any necessary tasks, such as deactivating or updating product IDs, as Finale Inventory does not allow permanent deletion of products but instead uses a deactivation feature.

For deactivating products, you can use one of the following methods:

• Deactivate Individual Products: Go to the product details screen, use the actions dropdown box to select "Deactivate," and confirm the change.
• Deactivate Multiple Products: Use the multi-select functionality to select multiple products and then choose "Deactivate selected products" from the actions dropdown.
• Bulk Deactivation via Spreadsheet: Prepare a spreadsheet with the product IDs and the desired status (inactive), then import this spreadsheet using the "Import products from spreadsheet" option.
