You must notify Flowster of your intent to terminate the service at least one business day before the billing renewal date. If you fail to provide this notice, your subscription will automatically renew for the subsequent renewal period.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

Requesting a Refund for Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased a product from the Flowster Marketplace and it is not what you expected, you can request a refund within 7 days of the purchase.

• Include details of your purchase and the reason for the refund request.
• Flowster reserves the right to apply a credit or refund at their discretion, depending on the capabilities of their payment processing partners. No credit or refund is due if you request it after the 7-day guarantee time limit has passed.
