How to Cancel FreeAgent

To cancel your FreeAgent subscription, follow these steps:

Via the FreeAgent Web Application

• Log in to your FreeAgent account.
• Navigate to the ‘Settings’ or ‘My Account’ section.
• Select ‘Billing’ from the available options.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Cancel My Subscription’.

Via the FreeAgent Mobile App

• Log in to the FreeAgent mobile app.
• Go to the ‘Users’ screen.
• Select ‘Billing’ from the drop-down menu in the top-right of the screen.
• Scroll down and select ‘Cancel My Subscription’ at the bottom of the screen.

Important Considerations

• If you cancel your subscription, FreeAgent will store your account data securely for one year from the date of cancellation. This allows you to reactivate your account if needed.
• If you want to delete your account permanently, you will need to delete your account, but be aware that once you’ve done this, you won’t ever be able to recover your data.
