How to Cancel Haiku Deck

To cancel your Haiku Deck subscription, follow these steps:

Access Your Account

Log in to your Haiku Deck account using your credentials.

Navigate to Account Settings

Go to your account page, which can usually be found in the profile or settings section of the Haiku Deck interface.

Cancel Subscription

On your account page, look for the option to cancel your subscription. This is typically labeled as "Cancel Subscription" or a similar phrase. Click on this option to initiate the cancellation process.

Confirm Cancellation

You may be prompted to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.

Post-Cancellation Access

After canceling, you will continue to have access to Haiku Deck Pro features until the end of your current subscription period. Once the period ends, your account will revert to a Haiku Deck Basic (free) account, subject to its limitations.

Deleting Your Account (Optional)

If you wish to delete your account entirely, you can do so before the end of your subscription period. Deleting your account will immediately terminate your access to all features, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Important Notes

• Payment for subscriptions is non-refundable, so you will not receive a refund for the remaining period of your subscription.
• If your credit card is invalid, your Haiku Deck Pro account will revert to a Haiku Deck Basic account, and you may have the option to delete any user content before the reversion.
