What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

It's so easy to turn voice or video into text quickly. The transcription is fairly accurate. Helpful for subtitles, interviews, or notes without doing everything manually.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

Sometimes the accuracy drops a bit with background noise or strong accents.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

It would help if the tool handled noisy audio better and gave faster processing for big files. Having more control over editing subtitles.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

The best thing for me is how much time it saves. Instead of typing everything myself, I can upload the audio and get a transcript quickly, then just review and fix a few parts.

What’s been frustrating in your experience?

The main issue is that it is not always fully accurate, especially when the audio is not very clear or when multiple people are speaking. In those cases, I still need to spend extra time cleaning up the transcript.

What new feature would you love to see added?

I would really like better accuracy for difficult audio and better speaker separation. It would also help a lot to have smoother editing for long transcripts.
