How to Cancel HelloClient

To cancel your subscription to a HelloClient product, you will need to follow the appropriate steps based on how you initially subscribed. Here are the detailed instructions:

If You Subscribed Through the App Store

  • Open your Settings app on your iOS device.
  • Tap your Apple ID profile at the top of the page.
  • Tap ‘Subscriptions’.
  • Select the HelloClient subscription in the list of your active subscriptions.
  • Tap ‘Cancel subscription’.
  • Tap ‘Confirm’ to end your subscription.

If you don’t see a button to cancel your subscription but only a red text saying "Your subscription will expire soon", it means you already canceled it in the past, and no further action is needed.

If You Subscribed Through the Google Play Store

  • Open your Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  • Tap your profile at the top right.
  • Tap ‘Payments & subscriptions’.
  • Select the HelloClient subscription in the list of your active subscriptions.
  • Tap ‘Cancel subscription’.

If you encounter any issues canceling directly through the Play Store, you can contact HelloClient for assistance:

  • Open your HelloClient app.
  • Go to the More Menu in the top-right corner of the main view.
