Deciding to discontinue your Hello Sign subscription or delete your account? This guide provides detailed steps for both online and mail options to assist you through the process.

How to Cancel Subscription or Trial

• Online Method:
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Hover over your initials in the top-right corner.
  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  • Click the Billing tab near the top of the screen.
  • Click Cancel plan.
  • Confirm the cancellation through the e-mail received.
• Mail Method:
  • Use the provided template or send a letter with essential details:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with the account
    • Full name on the credit card
    • Last 4 digits of the credit card
    • Credit card expiration date and billing ZIP code
    • Amount charged and date of the charge
  • If in the United States, Canada, or Mexico, send to the specified address.
  • If elsewhere, use the international address.
  • Note: Online cancellations are encouraged for faster processing and refunds.
• Cancellation Notes:
  •  Hello Sign  does not provide refunds.
  • Continue using the account until the current billing cycle ends.
  • After cancellation, the account downgrades to a free version.
  • Access to signed documents is retained in the free version.

How to Delete Your Account

• Cancel Plan First:
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel your plan using the steps above.
• Deleting Account Online:
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Hover over initials in the upper-right corner.
  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  • Click the Profile tab near the top.
  • Scroll to Delete account at the bottom.
  • Click Delete my account.
  • Confirm understanding of irreversible data loss.
