To cancel and potentially receive a refund for a HomeGauge product, follow these steps:

Contacting HomeGauge Support

You must contact HomeGauge Support within the specified time frame for your specific product.

  • For general purchases, you need to contact HomeGauge Support within 72 hours of the purchase to request a refund.

Refund Policy for Specific Products

  • HomeGauge Software and Services: Refunds are not guaranteed, but you can request one within 72 hours of purchase. Contact HomeGauge Support to initiate the process.
  • HomeGauge Protect:

    • For HomeGauge Protect 100, returns must be made within 30 days from the inspection date to receive a credit.
    • For HomeGauge Protect 30, returns must be made within 7 days from the inspection date to receive a credit.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours to prevent customers from receiving HomeGauge Protect documents. No claims should have been filed to be eligible for a refund.
