How to Cancel Honey

To cancel your Honey membership or unsubscribe from Honey emails, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Honey Membership

If you have created a membership with Honey, here’s how you can cancel it:

• Log in to your account on joinhoney.com.
• Click on your account avatar in the top right corner of the browser window.
• Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
• Navigate to the Billing or Membership section, though Honey’s primary service does not have a direct membership cancellation option like other services. Instead, you may need to contact their support team.

Since Honey does not have a direct membership cancellation process, you will need to reach out to their support team for assistance. Here’s how you can do it:

• Contact Honey’s support team directly to request the cancellation of your membership. You can do this by sending an email or using the contact options provided on their website.

Unsubscribing from Honey Emails

If you want to unsubscribe from Honey emails, you can do so in the following ways:

• From Account Settings:

  • Log in to your account on joinhoney.com.
  • Click on your account avatar in the top right corner of the browser window.
  • Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
  • Navigate to the Notifications tab.
  • Uncheck the boxes next to the types of email notifications you no longer wish to receive. To unsubscribe from all emails, repeat this for each notification type.

• From Honey Emails:

  • Open any email from Honey.
  • Click the Unsubscribe link located at the bottom of the email.
  • Follow the steps provided to customize your email preferences or unsubscribe from all emails.
