How to Cancel HourStack

To cancel your HourStack subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In and Accessing Settings

• Go to the HourStack website and log in to your account using your credentials.

Navigating to Subscription Settings

• Once logged in, navigate to your profile or account settings. This is usually found in the top right corner of the dashboard.
• Click on your profile icon or your name to open the dropdown menu.
• Select "Settings" or "Profile Settings" from the menu.

Canceling the Subscription

• Scroll down to the "Subscriptions" section within the settings page.
• Click on "Cancel Subscription" to initiate the cancellation process.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation of your subscription.

Post-Cancellation

• After canceling, your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle, and you will not incur further charges.
• You may still have access to some features until the end of your paid period.

Additional Options

• If you wish to pause your subscription instead of canceling, look for an option to "Pause Subscription" or "Freeze Account" in the settings. This will halt charges for a specified period without canceling your account entirely.

Deleting Your Account (Optional)

If you also want to delete your HourStack account and all associated data:

• Go back to the profile dropdown menu and select "Profile Settings".
• Scroll down to the "Account" section.
• Click on "Delete Your Account".
• Confirm the deletion in the confirmation window that appears.

This will permanently remove your account and all associated data after a potential grace period, if any.
