To cancel your subscription or account on Hygraph, follow these steps:

Terminating Your Account

You can terminate your agreement with Hygraph at any time by canceling your account. Here’s how you can do it:

• Navigate to the Hygraph Services interface where you manage your account.
• Initiate the account cancellation process. This can typically be found in the account settings or user profile section.

Important Notes

• No Refunds: Be aware that canceling your account will not result in any refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and any outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable upon termination.

Post-Cancellation Access

• After canceling your account, you will not have access to the Hygraph Services. However, you are responsible for exporting your Content and Applications from the Hygraph Services prior to termination. If Hygraph terminates your account, they will provide a reasonable opportunity for you to retrieve your Content and Applications.

Termination by Hygraph

• Hygraph reserves the right to terminate your account or any part thereof at their sole discretion and without prior notice. You agree that Hygraph will not be liable to you or any third party for such termination.
